In June 2024 Marsden Stantons welcomed the Accounting team from Bentleys WA and the Clients of Bentleys WA. Building on the past and driving a strategic approach with clients, the firm has a long history tracing back 40 years, providing the highest level of personalised advice and solutions that are really focused on assisting you achieve the results you desire.

Like all things in life, it started with a conversation….and a commitment to create something special. The business was founded by Rick Marsden and Phil Dally and developed over the years with a strong team of Partners and Team to become part of the West Australian business landscape.

With a head office in Perth, the Firm has previously had offices in Albany and Katanning and provides services to clients from Esperance in the lower South West to Carnarvon and Kununurra in the north and Kalgoorlie and Southern Cross in the East.

Marissa Bennett joined the firm in 2000 and became a Partner and Owner in 2003  Retaining the best of the things that clients love about Marsdens, the business commenced a “refresh”, beginning a journey of ongoing improvement to everything we do to delight to our clients.

The business has been part of a global network of accountants since 1995 to add another dimension and depth in its commitment to assist clients in all capital cities across Australia and New Zealand. With the world becoming a smaller place, clients travelling in and out of WA and doing business across the world Marsdens has the ability to deliver a total solution.

We assist new businesses and individuals who are relocating to Australia from their home countries, helping them with the transition and settling in efficiently and effectively to local conditions.

David Lennon joined the firm in 2010 and became a partner in 2013. David has been providing taxation advise in Perth since 1993 to clients across Australia and overseas.

In November 2013, we moved into the offices of Stantons. Whilst operating independently of Stantons, our affiliation with Stantons allows us to offer Audit, Assurance and associated services to our clients.

In line with that affiliation, we have also changed our name from Marsdens to Marsden Stantons and started 2014 with an exciting new Chapter in the Firm.
