Following the successful launch of the MSI Global Feelgood Index in the last quarter of 2011, we are now ready to circulate the second quarterly survey results. The purpose of this research is to establish a quarterly index that will provide an insight into the ‘Feelgood Factor’ that businesses are (or are not) experiencing around the world. Over time, the index will gather momentum and become an alternative source of information about the well-being of the global economy for businesses worldwide.
